4. Eligibility

To work with me or use my services, you must:

Use my services for lawful and respectful purposes only

5. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Bookings: Sessions are booked in advance through my online system, email, or another agreed method.
Payments: Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations:

You can cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

Refunds are only given at my discretion or where required by law.

If I ever need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

6. Confidentiality

Everything you share in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. I will never share your information without your consent, unless required by law or if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others.
